💼 Your Responsibilities:

Run group Zoom trainings and 1:1 coaching calls
Scale your team with leadership promotions and performance bonuses

✅ You Are:

A strong communicator with leadership or coaching experience
Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and self-motivated
Already successful in sales or ready to learn fast

💰 Compensation:

100% commission with uncapped earnings
Overrides on agency production (passive income)
Team builders typically earn $150K–$500K+
