What You’ll Do:

Call and connect with families who have requested financial protection.

Requirements:

Proven sales success or competitive background
Coachable, goal-oriented, and self-driven
Strong communication and closing skills
Life insurance license (or ability to obtain – we’ll help)
Commission-based mindset – this is a performance-driven opportunity

Compensation:

100% Commission-Based with no cap on earnings
Average full-time agent earns $120K–$180K+
Top producers earn $250K–$500K+
