Position Overview

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales—all while enjoying the flexibility of a commission-only structure that rewards your hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research with our lead system.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of our offerings.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, effectively negotiating terms to maximize revenue.
Performance Tracking: Monitor your sales metrics and performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed your targets.

Qualifications

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a commission-only environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
